We have the scenario where we have multiple Leads for 1 Contact (e.g. the same person has submitted 2 different landing pages and the matching has put both Leads against the same Contact). We setup 2 Segments (based on the type/source landing page of Lead), and want to send a different Marking Email for each Segment, however in the Marketing Emails we want to merge some fields off the Lead record - is this possible?
(note, the problem we are facing in this case is that the relationship from Contact to Lead is a 1-to-many - the emails could be sent several weeks after the Lead record is created so we cannot base it on one 'latest lead' lookup on the Contact record).
This was logged in the Dynamics 365 for Marketing forum, and moved by someone to the general CRM forum.
Please note, the question is specific to Dynamics 365 for Marketing and its Marketing Emails (these are not the same a general CRM emails).
