I have an Requirement where
I need to add an Approve and Reject Button in Email Body and when user clicks on that record should be approved in CRM
How can i achieve that . Any steps or links will be helpful
You could use the Approval action of Power Automate, the automatically generated email will contain Approve and Reject Button in email body.
I shared a demo in following thread:
As suggested in above post you need to power automate to achieve your requirement.
Through Action/Plugin also its not Possible?
Any Update? or Suggestion on this
As suggested earlier you can only use power automate/flow to achieve your requirement
If you are using crm online then flow is the best option to go for.
I am afraid it will not be possible with action/plugin as well.
