As of Saturday, i am facing restrictions on updating the contact form. When i am try to select any field, no field can be selected. I request your support on the subject.
Are those Fields are read only?
Could you please share screenshot of the form?
Also, do you have required permission to perform update on contact form? Check record owner.
Fields now appear read-only, but normally not.
I have administrator role on the system. I have the necessary privileges
Interesting, if you have administrative rights then you should be able to update fields on the contact form.
a) The record you are updating is Deactivated, check to see if you have the option to Activate the record.
c) You have not logged in as an admin. But you have confirmed this is not the case.
d) Could be browser issue, try logging in under incognito mode on your browser and attempt again then report back.
Addition to Andrew Ly. response.. Also check is there any business rules added for this field.. and in form customization to make sure this field is not marked as read-only.
