I have a very knowledgeable colleague who says that Work Order entities can be used in CUSTOMER SERVICE module WITHOUT licensing the Field Services module.
I cant find anything to confirm or deny, but my belief is that this is a no go, and that if you start using any parts of FIELD SERVICE you must then license it.
Can anyone shed light on our discussion? Is Microsoft allowing a bit of "bleed" between licensed product usage or are they rigid in their demarcation between products and in their enforcement?
Best Regards and Thanks
According to the Licensing guide, WorkOrders are enabled with FieldService:
So the entitlement is to use WorkOrders if you have Field Service.
