I am going to build a flow in Power Automate, where the "customertypecode" is one of the fields from Dynamics CRM that I will need.
I´ve used a "List records" for Accounts function using the Common Data Service connection in Flow, to list all our accounts.
The "customertypecode" is not returned in the JSON, however I see "customertypecode_label" .
Other Option Set fields are returned, such as accountratingcode and accountclassificationcode.
I see that the Default Value of "customertypecode" is set to "Unassigned Value", can that make a difference?
Check if you have value for that field in Dynamics crm Account records. If no value present on record, you will not get that field value in Power Automate.
Make sure you are using Common Data Service (Current Environment).
I did quick test on my instance and i am getting the expected data.
Please see below images where I have copied the Json response from Power Automate from List Records action.
Make sure you are searching correct field. I would recommend to use 'Compose' Control to verify the field. Also, while adding the field inside compose control make sure you are using exact label that is coming from CRM.
