We transitioned to the Dynamics 365 App for outlook. Had to change the settings to server side synchronization. since deploying this app, we have been noticing that contacts and phone activities are being automatically created. he have turned-off contact and phone call sync- from personalized settings for all users but still they are being created.
can someone please help and guide.
Kindly confirm if this setting has been disabled from the user settings for every user and also let us know the email messages you are tracking to CRM.
You can use XRMToolbox usersetttings utility to set this option as false for all the existing users so that you can centrally make sure everyone has this turned to false.
