when working with the knowledge articles under the KB records
we fills in the necessary information within the body of the email,
but when the email is send, the email reverts back to its original form and all the information entered is gone.
We realise, that if the focus is out of the body when the email kb record is loaded it doesn'T work.
But if we hit refresh or F5, the focus is in the body and the information entered will stay their after the emails has been send.
Any idea why?
Auto saving function may cause the issue.
Please check if the email is saved before sending.
And you use CRM 2016 on-premise, so please check you use latest version.
If you don't, please update to the latest one and confirm the issue is mitigated.
