I have a subject that has been previously added to the system and is linked to some of the cases. I previously added other subjects and therefore, we are not using the old one anymore, however, it cannot be deleted since it is linked with other cases.
I was wondering whether it is possible somehow, to deactivate the subject from the subject tree so that users do not use it anymore.
Any suggestions? (solution should not include code)
