I would like to restrict my users of CRM Dynamics to only have the ability to send 1 email at a time from the system, and not send bulk emails.
I have a few cases of where users have gone off and sent out a bulk email to a few hundred people, to leads I must add, with no unsubscribe option in place as we dont have the marketing app or click dimensions associated with the account, just the sales enterprise app.
Anyway, is it possible to restrict users from send bulk emails to continue to allow them to send individual emails and/or track emails via the outlook app? If the only way around this is to send off email sends entirely from Dynamics allowing users to only track emails from outlook that is ok too.
Any help here would be great.
