I am trying to display a rollup field on the portal, however this is what is being shown:
Can you provide a screen capture of the same record on the CRM side?
Yes of course! Please find the screenshot below:
On the "Actual time remaining for open cases" field, field-security level seems to be enabled.
Can you try to disable this and see if the value shows on the portal?
If that is the issue, you might want to try to add your portal connection user additional permissions, or at leat provide this user with read rights on those fields.
We highly recommend users to migrate to PowerUsers community for new Portal questions:
Those should appear in the Portals, however make sure you mark the fields as read-only, field-security profile are not applicable for Portal users (remember that field security is based on Users/Teams, whilst Portal users are Contact records).
Does the field have value at the time you opened the portal? have you cleared the cache?
