I cannot find how to enable Quick Create for a contact at a case, it does not show up. For Customer Account it is available.
And with almost the same form setup at entity Work Order it shows up.
What I have already done:
- Quick Create is enabled at entity Contact and Case.
- Made Contact and Customer Account Business Required
- Made relationship from Account to Contact Business Required.
How can I solve this?
I reproduce the same thing in my environment. I think this is by design. Indeed, the Contact field is strongly dependent on the Customer field.
