Hello, I am new in CRM Technology,
I want to "when I update address it should reflect to related all contacts".
Could you please help any one.Thank you
it can be done with a plugin, a workflow + a custom workflow activity or with flow/power automate.
it's a common requirement if you google
dynamics 365 update all contact addresses
you will get several results with examples
hope it helps
I think you can do that by using workflow.
I recommend you to raise a support ticket if you need to know detail.
Are you using D365 Online or On-Premise?
Agreed with Guido. You couldn't accomplish this without code natively until we got Power Automate. I've created a cloud flow with Power Automate to do this same thing. It looks like the following:
1. When an Account is updated (filtering columns of Address 1)
2. List Contact rows where Parent Account = triggering Account
3. (Apply to Each) Update Contact with Address 1 columns from triggering Account
Another step we did is to have a flag on the Contact that indicates if it should be excluded from this process in the event the Contact has a different address.
