I have a Dynamics CRM 2013 and upgraded to the latest version 18.104.22.168. After that, I found the quick view form with a subgrid cannot display normally on the entity form. If I expanded the tab by default and refresh the form, it will be fine. I would like to know whether it is a known issue and any plan to fix it.

my update path: CRM 2013->CRM 2015->CRM 2016->D365 8.2-> D365 9.0

Yes, I always have doubts about updating to the latest version and I usually use lower versions.
In the form editor, try to put the tab as expanded by default where the quick view exists and test if it will work
