One of my user not able to qualified the lead as it will give the below error
<Message>SecLib::AccessCheckEx failed. Returned hr = -2147187962, ObjectID: dd3ba6cc-a19a-eb11-b820-00155d048ec6, OwnerId: 821b02a9-4095-eb11-b820-00155d048ec6, OwnerIdType: 8 and CallingUser: a1f23fe6-3f98-eb11-b820-00155d048ec6. ObjectTypeCode: 1, objectBusinessUnitId: dff901a9-4095-eb11-b820-00155d048ec6, AccessRights: WriteAccess </Message>
I user already have permisison on lead.Account also have permission on write access as business unit level permission
Can any one help me on this issue.What i exactly missing on security role.
Issue is following:
1. Owner of the lead your user tries to qualify is 821b02a9-4095-eb11-b820-00155d048ec6
2. User id is a1f23fe6-3f98-eb11-b820-00155d048ec6
3. You user had privileges to create only for himself/herself.
Either assign the lead to that user or update privilege to create account with higher leve.
As the user only has BU level permission on Write on the Account entity, you'd get this error if the user is trying to qualify the lead to an existing account owned by a different BU
It looks business process will be triggered when saving a lead record and the user doesn't have proper privilege to run the BPF.
I suggest you to try it when you have account write privilege as global level and please check if the error changes.
