Has anyone else run across this issue where the No Recipient Found message is displayed when it's not valid? What else can control this other than the To/Contact Email and Contact Preferences?
We are seeing a sporadic issue where user creates new activity to send email - Email form opens and the To populates as expected but they receive an error message that 'No Recipient Found'
The To contact has a valid email address and the Contact Preferences Email is set to Allow
The user refreshes screen then the message goes away and they are able to continue.
We are unable to replicate but one user states this occurs in 1out of 20-30 emails sent.
I would recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft.
