While testing and trying Dynamics 365 on-premises V9.1 customer service hub application, we are unable to load form ribbon for any entity. We have tried chrome, chromium edge and behaviour is the same.
However the buttons loads ok if the customer service hub app inside the server (where Dynamics 365 installed).
Issue happens only in unified interface apps and not in legacy client app.
Any leads would be appreciated.
