I am currently in the process of installing Update 1.1 for version 9.0 on-premise. It is at the part where it is "Applying Database updates for organization. This is a long running operation." It has been running for well over an hour. Does anyone have any experience with installing this update? What kind of eta should I expect?
Hope you are well.
Depends on size your database, this process could take a long time. Over an hour could be an expected behavior.
Would say to monitor the snap-in file and check out about the activities of the installer.
Thanks Gustavo. That's not even my biggest problem right now. The update broke references to several assemblies, including the Report Viewer and Castle.Core (whatever that is). I was able to fix the Report Viewer but updating the Version in the web.config file but I can't find any reference to Castle.Core in any config file on the server.
Could not load file or assembly 'Castle.Core, Version=126.96.36.199, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=407dd0808d44fbdc' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
