how we can hide or stop book button functionality if system status is open-schedule
any help would be great
Please refer to this tutorial: www.nexsoftsys.com/.../show-hide-delete-ribbon-button-activity-status-in-dynamics-crm.html
The tutorial doesn't exactly represent the requested scenario. But it will allow you to implement your scenario.
Good Luck !!
thanks for the reply
the document is not clearly visible
can you please demonstrate the same?
Just create a realtime workflow to throw an error message on creation of a booking if the related work order system status = Open - Scheduled
it's not working
It may be possible by using ribbon work bench
Thanks for the reply Ayaka Iwai
I have followed this link

in the documentation I found in the button there is some value but when I check my nothing is showing
You can try this: ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/.../121427-enable-disable-a-ribbon-button-dynamically-based-o
