Please explain how do I use CRM SLA to send email when (when Current/today Date=Date in the field in the current record) is reached.
This is urgent.
I believe this requires some testing first but I'm wondering if creating a date&time calculated time for the conditional part and then apply an SLA KPI for that field to leverage the SLA functionality and email action?

So you are saying I will make a calculate field which will calculate days from created on-->till that field and i will use that as KPI??
What will be in Success and failure time??
I've just shared this idea to have a custom field as KPI but to get the current date/time, you can also use a calculate field, java script or real time workflow.
