Some users are reporting that, after tracking an email from Outlook365 to Dynamics365 CRM the "View Email in Dynamics" is very slow to load the email. I've tried clearing the Edge cache.
Could this be poor laptop performance or slow internet?
Please verify if the other emails are opening properly or not like th eemails which as been sent from CRM. alos verify if those email have any attachments in it which are opening slow.
CRM 2011 is a deprecated product and it will be highly recommended to upgrade asap, Microost also stopped support for this CRM verison
Thanks - apologies - it is actually Dynamics365 we are using not v.11.
Users are not experiencing delays opening other emails.
It is the Edge (?) window which opens when you click "View in Dynamics" which loads very slowly.
