Can anyone please share how to capture external direct marketing mailing/letter campaigns on a contact/account/vendor/... entity easily?
Can physical content that is created outside of D365 CE be easily tracked on an entity by e.g. creating a bulk upload on activity? Or is there a better way to held that info
Would highly appreciate feedback upon this question, so a 360° view (also non-digital comm.) can be kept on each entity.
I assume your non-digital communication is created digitally at some point so you should have a data source with the recipients. From there you have a bunch of different ways getting the data to CRM. The most straight forward would be a manual import as activities, more automated ways with processes that can be controlled more easily would be using code (Azure Function or a scheduled command line tool on an on-premises machine) or low-code (Flow reading a file from One Drive). The optimal solution would depend on your requirements and the resources you have access to.
