When new user is get onboarded in CRM online system, it is not set timeczone as myaccount timeczone.

How CRM sets time zone for new user onboarded in online?
Dynamics 365 will use the owned table to handle User Timezone settings.

Thanks for responding on my query, I knew that settings are maintained into UserSettings table and we have to set it manually. But is there any way that like at time of user onboarding into CRM online, system will set time zone which exists into My Account (microsoft.com) same as here.
Changing personal setting is one of the activity to user have to do after onboarded. but sometime they are forgetting to set time zone and start to work on. So I suggest time zone should be same as account time zone setting, whenever user get on boarded into any other system.
