we recently installed an upgrade from 9.0 to 9.1 (220.127.116.114).
After some tests we found a problem with the Async Service. The Async Service is available and running, but after running some Async Workflow such as Bulk Delete, Data Import or Background Workflow, the status gets stuck on "Waiting For Resources".
The following was checked:
1. Deleted millions of failed jobs over the past years in the SQL table "AsyncOperationBase" and reduced to a few thousand.
2. Set up a separate service account for each CRM service.
Can you please tell me where I can find the source of this problem?
Thanks in advance!
Please try below things:1. RESET THE IIS SERVER
2. RESET THE CRM SERVICES.If still facing same issue then please try the below solution:Reference link:https://linnzawwin.blogspot.com/2015/06/async-workflows-and-system-jobs-stop.html?showComment=1488283873026https://community.dynamics.com/365/b/linn-s-power-platform-notebook/posts/async-workflows-and-system-jobs-stop-working-and-stuck-with-status-reason-waiting-for-resourcesThanks,Pradeep.Please mark this as VERIFIED if it helps.
