When we select a 'Lead' we will have an option to assign the lead to 'User or Team'. When we choose 'User or Team' then a lookup appears where we search for either users or team to assign the Lead.
My requirement is to modify the lookup to show only the Active users and teams. Currently its showing disabled users as well, Is there any this can be customized? Please advise.
The 'User or Team' filed in dialog is one owner lookup field, the default view are 'User Lookup View' and 'Team Lookup View'.
So you can Go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > User/Team > view to open the correct lookup view.
Edit Filter Criteria:
Repeat same steps for team entity.
Save and publish all customizations.
