I am looking for a way to detect if the CRM add-in is installed and configured for use on a user machine. Is there a setting in the registry I can look at? Perhaps a configuration file somewhere on the machine that would tell me this information? This will need to be done using a program as I can't inspect all our users machines individually.
Thanks for the help! Cheers!
I found the settings in the registry. They Can be located here: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient\ this can be used in the various stages to see if the program is install or not and see if the addin has been configured.
