Hi All,

We have a requirement to configure a calendar month SLA that will consider weekends and bank holidays in the calculation.

 for example, If an SLA is triggered on the date 29/09/2021 then the resolution date would be 29/10/2021.

With the current setup of SLAs in Dynamics CRM, we don't have any option to configure this type of SLA.

Could anyone please guide how can we achieve this type of SLA?
