Hi! I set up a trial environment with omnichannel and have enabled channels and added necessary extensions for integrating power virtual agent. When setting up transfer to agent I'm running into this message stating I have not set up omnichannel in the environment yet it has already been set up. Is this a trial environment issue? or am I perhaps missing a step? Would appreciate any help :)
