Hi everyone!

I've already posted about this question last week. But my teammates would like to ask if there is maybe a workflow or coding that can be done so that we can integrate one outlook(sample@company.com) into 2 CRM instances.

This is because this client has 2 separate Business Central companies and 2 separate CRM instances. 1 USA and 1 CA.

They would like to have it so that when an email arrives (a lead/opportunity) they can add it to the right CRM instance since they only have one outlook.\

What do other companies do?
