Could you please guide me step by step how to send the mail using power automate once case has been resolved.
Check that User1 and User2 will receive email when case of type = Complaint is resolved
You will need to follow below steps to implement this requirement.
1. Retrieve the cases when it is resolved.
For this check out the below article where they are using the status field for the condition. but in your case it will be Resolved as the status.
2. Create the email.
After getting the Resolved cases you will need to create an email from the given case information and send it to the respective senders. for this refer below articles.
Add Dataverse trigger when record is modified and select status in your flow . Add check condition to check if case is resolved then send an email.
