I have a client who is still using the old schedule board, and we need to get them on the new schedule board. They are hesitant to switch because resources/pins and routes are NOT showing on the new schedule board. I tested by switching to the new schedule board from the old in their environment - removing and adding the resources and routes selections, and they are not showing, even when zoomed in all the way. Has anyone seen this? Is this a bug for the new schedule board, or something specific to their environment?All settings for the board are identical and they do have the latest wave 1 and 2 releases applied. See screenshots below for more detail. I am stumped and appreciate any feedback or thoughts. This is just a UI change so the routes and resources should be showing as they would on the old board. This is a huge issue for them as the old schedule board is being deprecated. Thanks in advance!
