I hope someone may be able to provide some advice on how to resolve the following issue:
We use Dynamics 2016 on-premise (22.214.171.1249) and a couple of days ago our users reported that their emails get stuck at "Pending Send" and then the send itself fails. I checked those failed sends and the only error I can see is The message delivery failed. It must be resubmitted for any further processing. We use server-side synchronization for our emails. The emails are also failing to be sent from the users whose mailboxes were successfully enabled and tested a while ago. I am also not seeing any error messages in the mailbox alerts section for those users that their email failed to send.
Would anyone have any suggestions why the system suddenly stopped sending emails?

Did you check Email Router from server where the environment is installed ?
