We have been using CRM for about 2 years and based our usage on the 'outlook' integration.  However, when we came to try out the email router, we ran into problems.  When you click on the 'load data' button it comes us with a lengthy error code, the substance of which seems to imply that the 'web discovery service' is needed.  In the CRM configuration manager the CRM server is said to be 'full server' and it seems that that should imply that the service should be running on the server.  However, the service does not show in the list of services on the server.  What steps should I take please to correct this.
