We are using the “Service calendar” view to allow all the sales and service teams can see the whole staff location and occupation. We’ve found two problems in the standard behaviour:
 
(1)   That view only shows service appointments for those users that are invited as required participants. When an assistant is optional, although the activity is shown in the personal calendar view, it does not appear in the global “services calendar”.
(2)   On the other hand, that view shows activities organized by a user, even when s/he is not a resource in the service appointment (neither required nor optional). 
 
Does anybody know if it is possible to configure which “paticipationtypemask” values must be considered in the “services calendar”? Thanks a lot in advance.
