I have a domain network with DNS configured (192.168.1.200). At the same time, I have an internet router with DNS and DHCP (192.168.1.1).
I have installed the CRM outlook connector, and I couldn't connect it to the server without changing the Preferred DNS server manually to be the domain DNS (192.168.1.200).
The problem now is, If I changed the preferred DNS Server to be the domain DNS 192.168.1.200, I can't receive any emails from the internet (Internet based emails not Exchange). Moreover, If I used the router DNS as Preferred DNS Server, I can receive emails but can't connect to CRM via outlook.
