We have just got access to social listening and want to set users up. My O365 administrator has given me a licence but I don't appear to be the Social Listening Administrator role. I am admin in CRM but not Social Listening but we can't see how we assign this role.
Any suggestions as to how we define the Social Listening Administrator role permission?

I think your 0365 Administrator should open Social Listening -- > Settings --> User Management.
There he find you among all the SL users and setup the appropriate among predefined rights for SL.

What if your O365 Admin is not licensed for Social Listening? Our O365 Admin does not have the license, so how do we assign the Social Listening Administrator role to a non O365 administrator? Thanks for your help.
