When attempting to change the Sentiment value for any post in our instance of Microsoft Social Engagement the following error appears: "We’re sorry, this action didn’t work. Please try again."
Monitoring the network activities I see that a PUT request is being done to this URL (where **** are specific IDs):https://listening-prod.dynamics.com/api/version/1.0/solutions/****/documents/****?sentimentPolarity=negative&sentimentTarget=******
This request results in a HTTP 400 (Bad Request) response.
Do any of you experience similar behavior? Or do you have any information as to why this is occurring?
I hope this error has gone in your organization, incase you are still getting this error. I can suggest to create a case since it needs to be reviewed in detail.
