We don't seem to be getting any social profiles and cant see how to add them
in CRM when I go to Social Profiles "No Social Profiles are available in this view" and there doesn't appear to be a way to add social profiles?
in CRM when I go to a contact/account and the social profile I can only add existing social profiles.
How do we add the social profiles in CRM so we can see what accounts/customers are posting on social media within CRM?
I thought CRM Dynamics Online Social Engagement would bring in LinkedIn profiles and build org charts based on profiles in LinkedIn to truly empower Sales forces

There's a little bit of jiggery-pokery you need to go through to get this set up and creating profiles and messages in CRM.
I should add that the slide deck in the blog page will guide you through this setup stuff.
Open Contacts and tap a contact that you to edit.
Tap the Edit button.
Scroll down and tap on Add and then select or Profile for Facebook.
