I work with the Social media Team of my organization , we get a lot of posts from customers and non customers inclusive, there are times when a customer makes a complaint/request via our Social media platforms, for which we would require more information of which the customers often respond in a different thread of post.
So I want to ask if its possible to search for post by user and based on interaction, so we don't end up having half or incorrect information which will keep us from serving our customers optimally.
I also want to ask if we can a customer /user's previous posts at a glance even they are not within the same thread of post.
You can filter by author (through the Filter Flyout), and that would you give an overview of all posts of a specific author. The authors are source specific, so that means that if you filter for a specific author it will show the posts of a specific source of this author, not across the sources. It is not possible to filter based on interactions.
