what's the best way to integrate Dynamics 365 for operations on premises with Dynamics 365 for Sales on premises?

Hi Everyone,

we have a client that has Dynamics 365 for sales and Dynamics 365 for operations both on premises, I already tried the Common Data service but as I read that the CDS is only for cloud services, so how to do the integration for on premises Environments? through SSIS?

We are using an integration tool called Scribe that has a connector for D365.

Thanks a lot Mark, is it free? or it require some sort of license?

and please if you may share with me a high level of the integration done (Type of connectors , etc) .
