Hello,

I am a a project manager interested in learning to deploy MS Dynamics CRM. I understand Microsoft has Sure Step methodology for this purposes. Could someone please point me in the right direction for learning about this? I am think I would go for certification as well once I feel comfortable with the knowledge. A lot of the information about Sure Step seems to be locked behind the "Customer" or "Partner" doors. I do have MSDN subscription but I believe that only helps with getting CRM software but not with Sure Step.

Thank you.

Hi DJ,

E-Learning on SureStep method is indeed locked up in Partner/Customer source. Íf your company has a trainingspack or a partner service plan this information becomes accessible.

There is a course (80450) which you can take to prepare for exam MB5-705.

Course: www.microsoft.com/.../course.aspx

Exam: www.microsoft.com/.../exam-mb5-705.aspx

In Partnersource there are also student training materials available. Check out  mbspartner.microsoft.com/.../80450_SS2012_ENUS_SURESTEP.zip

Good luck!
