I am a Microsoft Partner, have activated my Dynamics 365 IUR, for about two weeks, yet have been unable to gain access to CustomerSource. I'm wondering whether a Dynamics 365 IUR customer (Partner) should have access to CustomerSource.
I will appreciate it if anyone could help with some clarifications.
Partners do not get access to CustomerSource. The IUR licenses do not provide you with that.
If you have access to PartnerSource, then you should have everything you need...
If you need something that is particular to your customer, you can ask them to set it up for you.
