Is anyone aware of current issues downloading Sure Step 2012?
I keep getting the following error:

I just attempted to download, and it is working for me. May have been a "hiccup" when you were attempting to download. Please try again. If you still have issues, let me know and I will find an alternate way to get you the installation media.

When I connect to Partnersource to download this for a new computer, I get the Language Pack but not the core software.
I know I am just looking in the wrong place - but someone out there has the right link for the full, client heavy install for a new computer, please post.

Has anyone managed to get the links to work? The error is still popping up - it's been a few years but as far as I can tell the issue isn't fixed.

I had a problem downloading the SureStep and the Japanese language pack. I was using IE11. When the error page deployed, I went to the settings 'gear', there is an option ‘F12’ Developer Tools. I clicked on that, found a field for Document Mode, which was set to ‘EDGE’. I changed it to ‘10’ so it would emulate IE 10, and the download started right up.
The trick is to get to the point where the download screen hangs, then make the change. I tried to change the setting in advance and it did not work. Once the error page was deployed, the download started right up and ran to a successful completion.
