After adding an image file as an attachment on a blog post, I receive a "The selected file is not allowed due to file size restrictions" error message when clicking the Post button.
I'm also getting same error message
I was able to successfully upload an image then had to edit the post. When I reposted it on our blog, I received this error as well... I have tried to resize the image or save it under a different format (PNG, JPEG, GIF) but still got the message. Is there a way to see what the max file upload size is? I've been messaging around but have had no luck…
This error has been resolved, please let us know if the image upload issue persists.
just now tried with image of size 800x300 , png file with 22KB size and error is still there 'The selected file is not allowed due to file quota restrictions.'
I tried to upload the image again and now I am getting an error saying: "The selected file is not allowed due to file quota restrictions." The "image" is a PowerPoint slide saved as a GIF... is this causing the problem? Thanks!
Agreed, this is still an issue, and we are communicating daily with our platform support team to get the cause identified and the resolution completed.
We will update this thread when fixed.
Thanks for your patience,
