After adding an image file as an attachment on a blog post, I receive a "The selected file is not allowed due to file size restrictions" error message when clicking the Post button.
I'm also getting same error message
I was able to successfully upload an image then had to edit the post. When I reposted it on our blog, I received this error as well... I have tried to resize the image or save it under a different format (PNG, JPEG, GIF) but still got the message. Is there a way to see what the max file upload size is? I've been messaging around but have had no luck…
just now tried with image of size 800x300 , png file with 22KB size and error is still there 'The selected file is not allowed due to file quota restrictions.'
I tried to upload the image again and now I am getting an error saying: "The selected file is not allowed due to file quota restrictions." The "image" is a PowerPoint slide saved as a GIF... is this causing the problem? Thanks!
Agreed, this is still an issue, and we are communicating daily with our platform support team to get the cause identified and the resolution completed.
We will update this thread when fixed.
Thanks for your patience,

Thanks Bret. Please keep us posted. Getting error "The selected file is not allowed due to the size restrictions.".
I'm still seeing this error. Any updates?
Unfortunately, this problem is still happening, and we are tracking it daily with our platform vendor to get a resolution. We have raised the severity rating for this issue, and hopefully will have a fix soon.
Following up again to check for updates. Also, any known workarounds?
Just now checked and issue is still there
The same here
Unfortunately, this problem is still happening for some people, and we are continuing to track it with our platform vendor.
Please try posting an image on a blog page again - we have again adjusted the image upload configuration setting, and this seems to have resolved the issue where some users were seeing a 'file size restrictions' error.
As always, images should ideally be smaller than 100k in file size, and preferably not more than 25k for best performance.
