Getting an error while posting blog having image
Image size is not big and dimensions also not big
"The selected file is not allowed due to file quota restrictions."
I have moved your question to the feedback forum. Can you indicate what file type and size you have used? How many pixels does this picture have horizontal and vertical?
I'm using a file size of 50KB with size 750X350
Just a test...A bit larger file. Can you retry here?
just now tried with image of size 800x300 , png file with 22KB size and error is still there 'The selected file is not allowed due to file quota restrictions.'
You did choose to upload your image yourself? Do you get it directly when selecting the image or when you confirm to include the picture in the post?
Bret Community manager has mentioned it a big and believe issue is being worked upon.
Thanks for helping Andre
Please try posting an image on a blog page again - we have again adjusted the image upload configuration setting, and this seems to have resolved the issue where some users were seeing a 'file size restrictions' error.
Hi, i can still see the "The selected file is not allowed due to file size restrictions." error when i try adding image of file size 35.7 kb. can you please help ?
