I am not technical...
I have a new user who can not access Dynamics from her computer or laptop (she can access 365/sharepoint). It just comes up with a security issue.
I have tried logging in on her computer and I get the same thing. It isn't her permissions or licence.
What do I need to do on the computer to resolve this issue?
It will be helpful to share:
1. Which dynamics app are you referring to
2. Is this the first time the user is accessing Dynamics
3. Share the screen after logging in...any error
1. Dynamics 365 custom
2. yes it is, but I have checked and we can get in from other computers

2. Do you mean the same user can log-in and access from a different computer?
Yes, so I think it has to be the computer itself, rather than the user set up.
This is the error we receive
If user logged in to a different office 365 or Outlook and the log out was not successful, you may not be able to log in to D365.
Clear full cache
Try incognito mode
Try in new browser with full clear cache
This is the screen she gets/I get on that computer - missing our custom app.
This is the usual one (second box is out app), that we see when logging in on other computers
Did you try logging in from a different browser / incognito modes
Assign admin rights to user for first time and then try...
