Multiple Lead Creation - Event Registration

Every time an event registration is made using the 365 Event registration Form, a new Lead is always created.
It pays no attention to the matching strategy setup for all are leads.

This means, when someone registers for multiple events, they will have multiple leads in the system, instead of just ONE lead awhich can be updated and scored.
We are using the Email only for our matching strategy, but this doesnt work.

If someone registers for 3 events, i get 3x Leads with scoring of 20 points.
I need just 1 Lead with a score of 60 points.

Am i missing something here?
