We are currently evaluating a migration from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance. I'd like to understand the common challenges organizations face during migration and the best practices to ensure a smooth transition.

Specifically, I am interested in:

  • Data migration strategies
  • Customization assessment
  • User training and adoption
  • Go-live preparation
