Conversion of a date field exported to Excel

Hi,

we have a date field in Dynamics table that exported in a Excel files becomes a 15 digits field, for example 454606871064815.

The question is, how can I convert this 15 digits number in Excel back to a date ?

Thanks, I already tried what suggested by Affan, but It doesn't work. The field should also include the time.

In excel, click on the date column and change the format of the cells as shown below:
