Personalisation not working

Hello Experts,
 
In our Business Central System, Personalization has stopped working. 
When I click on Personalization. I get 'Working on it' and it stays that way until I log out.
The Personalization doesn't display to enable me to add some fields to a form.
 
Kindly advice on what could be wrong.

    Maybe it's an issue for certain localization.
