Error in trying to post warehouse receipt - lot tracking enabled

We have a first time error for our warehouse receipts. We lot assign all PO's prior to receiving. When we are trying to execute this PO, we are getting this error (see snippet below). First time this has occurred.
 
Any idea what we are missing here? We can see the lot filled out in Item Tracking. We have received hundreds of PO's this way without issue, lot assigning in item tracking prior to executing the warehouse receipt. Note we are also using Insight Works applications to facilitate receiving.
